Satoshi ↔ Dustin Trammell Correspondence

Trammell reports two issues when upgrading from v0.1.0 to v0.1.3: the old process wouldn't exit, and all four generated coins now showed 'Generated (not accepted)' — likely orphaned blocks from the communications bug.

Router issue — Bitcoin can't connect
